Volunteering with Vintage Vernon is a truly unique experience. You will have the opportunity to give back to our community and help to preserve and protect Vernon's architectural and cultural heritage!

Financial Development Committee

This committee is responsible for ensuring the financial stability of Vintage Vernon through the creation and successful implementation of an annual fundraising plan for general operating revenue and special programs, including an annual campaign, special events, grant writing and the development of other sources of revenue.

Fundraising Event Committee

Our fundraising event committee produces events for Vintage Vernon. Members work both independently and with staff to coordinate all aspects of the events including sponsorship, ticket sales, food & beverage, entertainment, publicity, coordination with vendors, etc. The premier fundraising event for the foundation is the:

Vintage Vernon Ghost Tour and Folk Festival. This unique cultural event combines the best of Vernon's rich history with music, food, fun, and festivities. It brings people from across Texas to celebrate the roots, richness, and variety of Vernon's and Wilbarger County's cultural assets and strong community spirit.
